Shelly Beach Resort has a minimum nightly stay during the holiday periods shown below and a surcharge for single night stays at other times. An extra person is an additional $15 per night.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy


A 30% deposit or a nights accommodation which ever is the greater of the two is required within 7 days of making the booking. Your deposit will confirm the booking otherwise this is not a quaranteed booking.
The balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a refund for early departure. All one night stays are payable in full when placing the booking. 


The deposit is non-refundable for peak season , long weekends, school holidays and special event bookings. At other times, cancellations given 14 days notice will forfeit a full nights accommodation. Guests failing to arrive for their booking will forfeit their full deposit.


  Additional Room Service 

  Guests requesting daily or additional room services will be charged $30.00 per service

Check-in time is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival Monday to Saturday. Sunday by arrangement

Check-out time is at 9.30am on the day of departure (fees apply for late departure)

Management reserves the right to terminate a booking at any time, this action would result from misconduct by any guest (or friends of guests) associated with escessive noise, damage or discomfort of other guests.
